" Highclere Road is a popular residential area situated just 0.6 Miles (source Google Maps) to the A331 giving access to Farnham, the A31 (Hogs Back) to Guildford and junction 4 of the M3. In addition, Aldershot Train station is only 1.5 Miles away giving access to London Waterloo from only 47 minutes.

On arriving at the property you will notice that the front approach has been blocked paved giving off street parking for two vehicles and a covered porch with a UPVC front door to the entrance hall. From the entrance hall there is a doorway to the modern fitted downstairs cloakroom, the refitted kitchen and utility area. The utility area and cloakroom have been created from what was an integral garage and so there is potential for a downstairs bedroom or the space could be used as a study as an alternative to its current use. The kitchen design has been well thought out with plenty of cupboard space to meet the needs of a family. The living room is an impressive 19 foot long and has stairs leading to the first floor and access to the conservatory. The conservatory lends itself to a variety of uses but currently serves as a separate dining area with views over the rear garden.

The bathroom is in our opinion a really fantastic size and comfortably accommodates a corner bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and w.c. There is rear access, a large patio area, lawn area and a shed that will remain in situ. There is also potential to extend the back of the property subject to the usual planning permission.
