" This handsome late Victorian property enjoys a pleasant location within this popular and sought after village, and offers characterful family accommodation arranged over two floors, combined with attractive period detailing throughout. The property offers ample scope for a rear extension, and the erection of a garage(STP).

An attractive entrance porch with stained glass panels accesses the front door via raised stapes. The reception hall is especially attractive and has two tone tiling to the floor with a decorative border, an impressive ceiling height, deep skirting boards and a cupboard under the stairs. The principal reception rooms are positioned to the front elevation of the house, both of these rooms have attractive fireplaces with ornate tiled surrounds, carved wooden mantle pieces and sides, picture rails and deep skirting boards. They both have high ceilings and windows to the front, overlooking the street.

The dining room is situated to the rear of the property, and has an adjoining door to the sitting room, making it ideal for entertaining with French doors to the rear terrace and garden. There is an attractive raised fireplace, with a red brick surround providing a focal point. The kitchen is situated directly opposite the dining room at the rear of the property, and is extensively fitted with a range of floor and wall mounted units, with oak effect surfaces.
