"An attractive individually designed detached three bedroom residence, including a useful one roomed detached annex, lying in a delightful well established neighbourhood in the lower part of Llanbedrog village with wonderful views to Llanbedrog headland and towards Cardigan Bay and the Welsh mountain range. The owners have maintained and improved the accommodation to a tasteful standard providing a fitted kitchen, a through lounge/dining room with feature central fireplace and to the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a single third bedroom with a modern bathroom.

Situation    Gwel Y Mor lies in a very pleasant location to this picturesque part of Llanbedrog with the beach some 0.3 miles away together with the famous stone church and Plas Oriel art gallery.
