"A beautifully presented and extensively improved detached family house with a comprehensive loft conversion having been carried out in 2005, which now provides deceptively spacious three/four bedroom accommodation with the benefit of oil fired central heating and modern double glazing. A feature of the property is the magnificent views which are enjoyed across part of the village and out towards Cardigan bay, St Tudwal's and the Welsh mountain range in the far background. The property also has a front sun balcony which has access from the main living room and a modern side extension which is linked to the next door property and provides a useful garden/store room. There is a spacious integral double garage, ideal for car/boat storage with easy maintained patio gardens to the rear.
