"Broneirian is a mid terraced property of traditional stone construction under a slated roof. The property is located in a quiet side street, yet is only approximately 100 yards from the main square. The property affords comfortable accommodation over three floors and has the added benefit of a cellar.

The house has retained many original features to include high ceilings with original coving, original Victorian floor tiles and an impressive oak stairway. The front of the property was re-pointed in 2017 and the kitchen units were made a local craftsman with the slate worktops being supplied by the local slate quarry.
