" Whilst the property would benefit from some modernising is does have enormous potential to be a fantastic family home with the basement ripe for conversion into further living accommodation (subject to planning consents). Being a period property, there are a number of pleasing features within such as the impressive fireplace, an entrance hall with ceiling cornices and archway, covings and picture rails and a turned staircase. Most rooms are sizeable, there´s a gas fire to the dining room, 3 of the bedrooms have wash basins (one of which has a walk-in shower) and there´s a useful Utility to the rear with Wc. The property benefits from gas central heating and the accommodation briefly comprises: Entrance Hall, Lounge, Dining Room, Kitchen and Utility to ground floor; Landing, Bedroom & Bathroom to first floor; 2 Bedrooms to 2nd floor and Attic Bedroom to 3rd floor. LOCATION Segontium Terrace is situated in a convenient position amidst similar period properties within the historic castle town of Caernarfon.
