No. 20 is a traditional yet spacious Mid Terrace House situated in a convenient location within the village of Penygroes, close to local amenities, schools and roughly 8 miles commuting distance from the main shopping town of Caernarfon. From the first floor bedrooms there are distant views towards the Nantlle range of mountains from the front and glimpses of the sea from the rear. The property requires extensive internal renovation and modernising work and in this respect, would make an excellent investment or first time buy. Both reception rooms have open fires and picture rails - it's feasible that these 2 rooms could be made into one open plan layout, creating a bright room with space for dining. The kitchen has a traditional 'Rayburn' range. Externally there's a good sized rear garden with an attached store and garden sheds/outbuildings. Penygroes is positioned just off the main thoroughfare of the A487 that links the towns of Caernarfon and Porthmadog making travel and commuting easy and convenient. The village is just a short distance from the Snowdonia National Park and the delightful Nantlle Valley with direct access to the impressive south western slopes of Snowdon. On the edge of the village is a working vineyard which takes advantage of the southern facing hillsides and produces a fine sauvignon blanc. With the main shopping town of Caernarfon only 8 miles distant - an historic town situated on the banks of the Menai Strait, beautiful mountain and coastal scenery all around, there is much to enjoy in the area.
