There is garden space to the rear and a useful utility outhouse. Benefiting from gas central heating and uPVC double glazing throughout, the accommodation briefly comprises: Entrance Lobby, Lounge with feature fireplace and mountain views, spacious Sitting Room, breakfast Kitchen, Bathroom and 3 Bedrooms. 

LOCATION Warden Street is situated in a slightly elevated position right in the heart of this world renowned and famous mountain village at the foot of Mount Snowdon commanding some excellent views. Everything is within easy reach - Llanberis has a wide and varied range of amenities. The village is a tourist destination and a paradise for walkers and climbers. You will find a range of village stores with famous outdoor outlets, a wide range of restaurants, art galleries and a primary school. Llanberis is surrounded by mountain peaks, valleys, lakes and woodland. Snowdon - which is of course the highest peak in Wales & England, presides over the thriving village as does the Dolbadarn Castle which guards the entrance to the rugged Nant Peris.
