There are glimpses of the mountains from the first floor which are even better from the 2nd floor bedroom - you´ll be able to see Nant Peris and the peaks of Glyder Fawr, Y Garn and Elidir Fawr. The kitchen has a built-in oven and hob whilst the bathroom has an electric shower over bath. This house is considered as ideal for the first time buyer or investor. Benefiting from uPVC double glazing throughout, the accommodation briefly comprises: Entrance Hall, spacious Lounge/Diner, Kitchen, Landing, 2 Bedrooms, Bathroom and 2nd Floor Bedroom. 

LOCATION Llanberis, often known as the gateway to the Snowdonia National Park, is a major tourist attraction and an area rich in history, myths and legends with a strong cultural heritage.
