Situated in the picturesque village of Llanberis, this Mid Terrace Property awaits for someone to re-light its fire. LOCATION Llanberis, which borders the Snowdonia National Park is situated at the foot of Mount Snowdon and is very much associated with outdoor activities such as rock climbing, mountaineering and watersports. Spectacular mountain scenery, lakes, woodland and castles are right on your doorstep and Ceunant Street is within walking distance of all the local amenities and primary school. The colourful houses that line the main street really catch the eye along with the usual village stores, restaurants, pubs and eateries. Llanberis is also home to the fabulous rack and pinion railway which takes visitors right to the summit of Snowdon. The historic town of Caernarfon lies approximately 8 miles away and will be your nearest main shopping destination with schools, leisure facilities and a world famous 13th century castle. Bangor, which has a university lies a little further afield but is within easy reach due to the excellent road network as is the main coastal A55 expressway.
