On reaching the centre of Groeslon, turn left and carry on up the hill towards Carmel. Proceed the turning on the left for Fordd Iago on your left and the turning for Cefn Dyffryn on your right where you will find Dyffryn Terrace on your right. The property is situated mid way along the row.
