This 3 Bedroomed Semi Detached House, to be sold with no onward chain, is situated on a corner plot in a particularly favourable and sought after location, being within walking distance of the secondary school, leisure facilities and the town centre. Tryfan has the advantage of off road parking and an attached garage and its position potentially offers scope for the accommodation to be enlarged, which would of course be subject to the necessary planning approvals and consents. From the first floor there are distant views to be enjoyed of the Snowdonia mountain range.
