"A spacious modern 4 bedroom, 3 reception, 3 bathroom family home with character, set on a large plot, on a desirable estate. If this is ticking a lot of your boxes, then you must come take a look, there is so much more to see inside.....

Set on the Churchfields estate, this house is in what remains to be an extremely popular location with young professionals and families alike. Why? Well probably due to the fact it is in a lovely part of Stalybridge set between Millbrook and Carrbrook so you have the best of both worlds with access to the countryside only a few minutes away, but also with easy commuter and transport links. Not to mention the fact it is near popular high schools such as Mossley Hollins High School, Copley Academy and West Hill School for Boys, as well as numerous primary schools.

Whimberry Drive is one of the most sought after streets on the development, and occupying one of the largest plots, this house is nestled in a lovely spot.
