"VENDOR COMMENTS We have lived here for 28 years and been very happy, in fact we love this house and are only moving to downsize. If you like having friends round this house is great for entertaining due to the large kitchen which then leads out to the two tiered decking area at the rear of the house. It has been a fantastic family home, having enclosed gardens on all 3 sides which makes it safe for children. I've never had a dog but it would have been great for dogs too due to it being enclosed and big enough for them to run in. The views from here are brilliant and sitting out on the decking area enjoying a drink and BBQ have been some of our best times. In fact on New Year's Eve you are treated to an amazing firework display just watching from your garden. We will miss our fantastic neighbours and will be sad to leave them. Neighbours are very important when buying a house and our neighbours are the best you could hope for. A massive positive is that literally at the top of the road you can walk and feel you are in the countryside with a lovely walk to a great pub which also serves lovely food. There is a wonderful school within walking distance that both our children attended and now our grandchildren go too. There are good transport links ,so it's very easy to get into Manchester. You have good shopping centres nearby--Denton crown point and Ashton under lyne. Supermarkets are close by too. We hope who ever buys our house will be as happy as we have been and we wish them well.
