"NO CHAIN!! In a great location, with fab views this 3 bed property will suit families, couples, or first time buyers. Offering great living space downstairs with an updated and extended kitchen the property also has a detached garage. It is close to great schools and good transport links!

The location of this house is great, on the Arlies estate close to Arlies primary school it is perfect for the growing family. It is also close to some lovely walks, so would suit anyone who likes the outdoors. Transport links are good from here too, only a couple of minutes drive into Stalybridge centre, and close to local bus routes.

The house has an elevated position giving fantastic views over Stalybridge, Manchester and beyond... Just imagine the view on Bonfire night!!
The front garden is lawned with planted borders, and leads to the front door. The house has a really great sized entrance hall, a brilliant useable space for keeping shoes, coats, even the hoover and ironing board could live here it is such as good size. Up one step and then through the door into the living room. A lovely light room decorated in neutral tones, leading through to the dining area. Because this is a through lounge dining room the room is kept nice and light from the window to the front and the patio doors to the back of the room.
The dining space is fab, great to be able to sit around the table for tea, or if you aren't one to use a dining table, the area would make a great play room area, or just additional living space.
