"A rare opportunity to purchase a two double bedroom, 2 bathroom, top floor apartment on the waters edge in the sought after Merchants Quay. The mixture of houses and low rise apartments on this, the first of the quays to be developed, creates a pleasant and quiet residential community in the heart of Salford Quays. Overlooking St Francis basin the accommodation is in need of some upgrading but offers spacious and bright rooms comprising; entrance hallway with storage cupboard, living room with Juliette balcony and views over the water, separate kitchen, two double bedrooms, master with en-suite and a main bathroom. The apartment comes complete with a garage and residents permit for additional parking.

Development Merchants Quay was built in the mid to late 1980s. The properties available here include apartments, mews houses and townhouses, with some properties situated around landscaped gardens and have charm and give a sense of establishment, with a lot of owner occupiers having lived there for 10 years or more. While not as modern as some of the high rise developments, they offer space and great value for buyers and many of the properties here have water views being located in between St Francis/St Davids Quay and South Bay.
