On the first floor, four bedrooms with an en-suite shower room and a beautiful family bathroom. On the second floor, two bedrooms including a master suite with en-suite bathroom. Outside The property is well positioned on this very sought after and quiet cul-de-sac, to the rear, a large private garden which is not overlooked, garage and driveway to the front for off road parking. Internal viewing of this property is essential to really appreciate the size! What The Owner Says 'When we saw Greene Way, we knew it was the perfect house for our family. It's a fabulous family home. The house is spacious inside and out and has allowed us to do plenty of entertaining and accommodate big family celebrations - including a very comfortable 18 people for 2 nights! Such a convenient location, we have been able to commute easily to Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool and London. Schools, nursery's, parks and activities in the area are superb. Incredible neighbours and a lovely community to live in, we really will miss being part of the community and will miss the opportunities and fun that being in this house has given us. .... Off to a new country for us but we can not recommend life in Greene Way enough to a new family for new adventures. Additional Information The vendor has advised us that the property is Freehold.
