Located in a very desirable residential area with superb access into Manchester City Centre and Salford/ Prestwich schools.. On the first floor, four bedrooms with an en-suite shower room and a beautiful family bathroom. On the second floor, an attractive master suite with a large en-suite bathroom. To the rear, a private garden, garage and driveway to the front. Internal viewing of this property is essential to really appreciate the size!

'We bought our home new 6 years ago and have very much enjoyed the space, the privacy, the efficiency and the peace of mind having a modern house has given us while our children were young. The house is very cleverly designed and constructed to appear traditional yet be modern and efficient with loads of natural light and warmth in the winter, a spacious dine in kitchen and tons of storage space.It has been superb for the family as we have a lovely garden, room to play, a safe street, great neighbours and space for multiple car parking plus a spare bedroom with a second en suite, all of which is great for us and relatives and friends who visit.We have decorated throughout the house and recently had the hallway and downstairs cloakroom/ WC, redecorated and the floor recovered in Karndean parquet. The estate is lovely and quiet and peaceful and is now finished with the block paved roads being completed this summer.'

An attractive entrance hall with a front door and Upvc double glazed to the side, finished with a beautiful herringbone floor.
