"VENDOR COMMENTS: Having lived on Cranmere Avenue for 10 years, we could not recommend a corner of Levenshulme that is more welcoming, peaceful and homely as this. Cranmere Avenue is a quiet and very friendly street. If our family had not outgrown this house we would be staying. The recently landscaped rear garden has a lovely feel of the countryside. It is peaceful and private with lots of greenery and established trees. Cherry and apple blossom in the spring and elderflower in the summer. Importantly, all gardens back onto each other with no alleyways. We have completely renovated the house. Downstairs there is full Karndean flooring, extended kitchen and dining area. The working coal fire in the living room is a lovely addition in the winter. There is a hidden 5.1 cinema satellite cable system in the living room ready to link up. Upstairs there is an over the stairs walk-in storage cabin and the loft has been boarded and insulated. There is a full cavity wall insulation. We are almost surrounded by parks and open spaces in this part of Levenshulme, with easy access to schools, shops other local facilities and transport into the city centre.
