"Immaculately presented and deceptively spacious is this excellent three bedroom semi detached family home on this ever popular estate. Located close to local amenities and there are a number of schools both primary and secondary that are within walking distance. As well as great internal space there is excellent external space with ample off road parking to the front and a good sized lawned rear garden. Early viewing comes highly recommended and We are available 8.30am - 8.30pm weekdays and 10am - 4pm weekends EPC B
