"This stunning house has serious kerb appeal, set in a lovely spot in Mossley, its location is fantastic. The 3 bedrooms including en-suite to the master and the great downstairs living space make it an ideal home for a young or growing family. In great condition you could move in now!

The location of this property is fantastic, Mossley will always be a popular area for young professionals and families alike. There are some great primary and secondary schools (including Ofsted rated Outstanding Mossley Hollins High School) and you have the village feel of Mossley whilst still only being 10 minutes away from supermarkets. There are excellent transport links including the train station only a few minutes away. But it is the lifestyle that this location can offer you that is the real winner, only a hop skip and a jump away from the Huddersfield canal there are some great bike routes and lovely walks to explore. Mossley has some fantastic traditional pubs and Uppermill is only a few minutes away offering a more cosmopolitan vibe with some great boutique shops, wine bars and restaurants.

The house itself is immediately appealing, a modern style built around 8 years ago. You step into the entrance hallway, (where there is a door on the left to access the garage) and straight through to the lounge. This is a great space, an open lounge through to the dining space at the back of the room, it is very light and well presented. The French doors to the rear of this room overlooking the back garden keep it bright and also makes it family friendly, as well as a great entertaining space.
