"This part of Mossley on the Saddleworth border is a super desirable place to live; it's close to Greenfield and Uppermill so great for getting out into the country as well as enjoying the traditional pubs and restaurants on offer. There are plenty of great walks and routes for bike rides, practically on your doorstep so if you enjoy the outdoors then this location is great for you. Equally if you prefer to sit and enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of your own home, then you can pull up a chair on the decked terrace and enjoy your very own view of the canal.

Stepping into this house, you come into an entrance hall, and straight ahead you have the downstairs WC. The door on the left takes you into the living room. It has an open feel as it flows through to the dining area, and you can see the view through the double doors at the back. The living room is a good size, and also has the open staircase to upstairs, again giving an open feel to the living space.
The dining area will take a good sized dining table, has lovely views to the rear over the canal and leads through to the kitchen. The kitchen is bright and fully equipped with modern light wood units and there is a good amount of cupboard space.
