"This property is due to have a new effcient boiler installed, a new front door and new decor in the vestibule.

Please note this property is up for sale but can be let out for a six month tenancy with a roll on contract there on after.

This superb property is set over three floors so lets get ready to explore.

Starting at the entrance hall you can see where the coats will be hung, then we step in to the large open plan living/dining room which is separated by an arch way.

The living room comprises a beautiful brown leather suite just waiting for you to come home so kick off your shoes, close the curtains turn on the built in coal fire which has a beautiful fire surround. reach for the remote and relax, but don`t get to comfy we have other areas to explore. This lounge also comprises a large shelving unit and a big mirror with wooden frame over the fire place for the vain people in the house!

Moving on through to the large dining area, there is a dining table that has four chairs but can easily fit to more so no excuses for not wining and dining your guests. To our left we have another shelf unit an amazing picture and another mirror for the vain. and a tall lamp for the cosy romantic meals, to our right hand side you have the two staircases one that goes up and one that goes down.

The staircase that goes down leads you in to the large kitchen area which features all white goods few no need for you to splash out on expensive appliances, there is plenty of beautiful wooden storage cupboards so no need to cram everything in to one cupboard, hey we have all been there. The rear door of the kitchen leads us to your back yard which has a wooden shed to keep your out door belongings safe, but it`s cold out here so lets get back inside quick and explore the top floor so go on get climbing them stairs!!

On the top floor we will find the huge, massive master bedroom, this room has everything you need to set up home quickly, the double wooden bed has an attached bedside table with lamp for late night reading, a large double door wardrobe will cater for all you belongings of course but your smalls in the drawers provided, this room is so spacious it has a fold out bed and a large comfy chair with a futon so you can relax and watch tv when someone is hogging the remote downstairs.

Moving on to the second bedroom, this room is bigger than a single room but smaller than a double, a single bed has been provided along with a double door wardrobe, shelving and large drawers, perfect.

Why not take a long hot soak in the bath after a hard days work you may even ask a glass of wine to join you in this beautiful bathroom or for those late morning rushes take advantage of the over bath shower for quickness, This room comprises shelving for you bits and pieces and beautiful tiles.

This property has gas central heating throughout well we don`t want you getting cold on these winter nights.
