"A handsome and spacious semi-detached four bedroom Victorian family home with off-street parking. The ground floor comprises a reception room to the front with high ceilings and a period fireplace and a large kitchen and family room, with dining area which opens directly onto the garden.

On the first floor are four bedrooms, a shower room and a family bathroom, as well as a very useful utility room. The garden can be accessed from the side of the house and from the double doors leading out of the rear reception space. There is a delightful decked patio area and the rest is laid to lawn.

There is unexplored potential to further expand the house into the loftspace, subject to obtaining appropriate consent.

Situation
Cresswell Road forms part of a very desirable residential area of attractive family houses, distinctly located within a few hundred metres of Richmond Bridge and the River Thames. This means that the comprehensive and sophisticated facilities of Richmond town centre are close at hand as is Richmond Station with fast direct services to London Waterloo, London Overground and Underground (District Line).
