WHAT THE VENDOR SAYS
Originally purchased in 2007 as a refurbishment project with the aim of staying for a year and moving to a bungalow in Colchester but we have enjoyed it here so much we stayed for almost 4. The sun is in the garden all day with a few shady areas great for those summer bbqs or unwinding with a glass of wine after work and watching the sun go down. It's a really friendly quiet street and essential shops just a few steps away including a really good chinese restaurant/takeaway.    We now plan on finding a bungalow in the same area, if we don't go now we may never leave.
