Are you looking for a 3 bedroom home where all the bedrooms are double rooms? If so, this extended house with a loft conversion and 2 bathrooms should be at the top of your viewing list. Being within walking distance of two sought after schools makes this home an ideal choice for any family.

The hallway leads to all the rooms on the ground floor and there is a deep storage cupboard under the stairs which is very useful.

Double doors lead into the living room at the front of the house and there is currently a large corner sofa although two separate sofas will fit equally as well. This is the more formal living area and this is where you ll relax in the evening.

If you enjoy cooking, the modern kitchen diner offers plenty of space for food preparation and there is a breakfast bar plus a dining table and chairs meaning you have two options for a more relaxed place to eat. There are several eye level and base level cupboards along with space for the regular kitchen appliances. A high quality induction hob and double oven grill is built in and all cupboards and drawers are soft close.
