A WORD FROM THE OWNER....

"We ve put our heart and soul into restoring the character of this Warner flat, with a high level of attention to the details whilst also trying to intelligently maximise storage space. Sat in the home working space in the master bedroom is probably the best spot in the flat in summer, as it s a sun trap and you can look out over the other gardens greenery, listening to the birdsong. In the garden we enjoy sitting on the raised deck as we have a barbecue or an al fresco lunch. We also use the space to grow our own tomatoes, sweet peas, courgettes and grapes, which works really well most summers due to the south facing aspect.

One of the key highlights of our location is the proximity to Lloyd Park it is so close it s like our second garden. A great space, one where our children spend a lot of their time playing, where we visit the weekly food market, the Christmas carols singalong, meeting friends and making new ones, or daily exercise. Going further afield we also enjoy evening walks back from drinks and dinner in the village, with the Queen s Arms our favourite spot. Or in the other direction, there s Slow Burn and the Blackhorse beer mile. We re really sad to be leaving the area because it has offered us so much over the past 10 year we ve been here and would take it with us if we could!"
