"Carr Road is an amazing Warner flat, and in my opinion probably one of the best available flats on the market at the moment.

Situated in the stunning leafy Lloyd Park, the former home of one of England's best known designers William Morris, then bought by the Warner family whereby Lloyd Park was given to the people of Walthamstow by the family.

Getting to the tube is easy and is approximately 15 minutes away walking distance to train& buses. At the top of the road is the 123 bus, which will take you into North London one way and Essex the other way.

The same distance to the tube is the High Street the longest in Europe, all the big names in the shopping centre and bargains galore in the market. If you are into keep fit, down the road is Waltham Forest pool & track, gym, athletics and swimming.

The flat is in beautiful condition, being sold with no onward chain, 2 double bedrooms, amazing kitchen and bathroom, and lovely rear garden.

This property is in stunning condition from top to bottom, and I do believe the demand for this property will be high, so call today to avoid disappointment.

What the Owner says:

I have lived in the flat for nearly six years. It’s bright and airy and all the rooms are nicely proportioned. The flat is in a great location - it’s in a lovely, peaceful spot backing onto Lloyd park and at the same time it's very handy for the tube, trains and buses.

I love the glass door in the living room that takes you straight into the garden– it’s great for gazing outside and it also brings in lots of light. The flat has always been immaculate and I’ve recently put in some new floors and revamped the bathroom, so it’s looking smarter than ever.
