"There are so many advantages to this lovely one bedder - a private entrance, separate kitchen, huge double bedroom

(with shower and dressing room) and lovely double doors onto a leafy shared garden. Peak Hill is a pretty spot within easy reach of Sydenham, Forest Hill and handy transport links.
Enter to the side of the building through a gate and up to your own front door. A bright inner porch leads then into your pleasant living space which faces onto the garden through French doors. The walls are a lovely autumnal shade and an arched recess offers the perfect spot for the flat screen. The hall to the rear of the living space leads first to the kitchen where steely grey cabinets, dark counters and a complimentary tiled splash back make for a cool, clean look. The bathroom is next, with much the same spot-on styling. A retro grey suite includes a big tub and heated towel rail and there is white tiling to dado level. The lavishly proportioned boudoir promises enough space for a king size bed. A large walk-in wardrobe/dressing room adjoins to the rear as does a nifty recessed shower with glass door. Walk down Kirkdale to Sydenham station or down Willow Way and Dartmouth Road for Forest Hill. The 176 bus can be alighted from just across the road and this heads to Oxford Circus. Green space? Mayow Park, Sydenham Wells and Crystal Palace are all reached quickly by foot or by car. Dulwich Park and Village is close too for some smart eats, as are Crystal Palace Triangle and Lordship Lane for more options. Very locally, pop to That's Amore for a super Italian meal.
