'We love the garden, in summer it is a real sun trap and gets the sun throughout the whole day. It's perfect for sitting outside, eating breakfast, having barbecues or for a drink after work. We did it up a few years ago and the plants are well established, they don't take a lot of looking after and we get a bumper crop of raspberries every year. It's very private with open views and not overlooked by the neighbours. Being at the back of the property we don't get a lot of the usual noise from the road, its very peaceful - in fact we often wake up to the birds singing!

It's in a very nice area, we know a lot of the neighbours, they're all very friendly. Since we moved in 8 years ago we've seen Sydenham change so much, we like going to the local restaurants, bars and pubs on the high street and we really enjoy going for a walk on the weekend through the local parks up to Crystal Palace or Forest Hill.'
