"Vincent Terrace is one of Islington and Angel‘s most premier streets. Built in the mid-1800s and so Victorian, despite the Georgian exterior, and sat in the Colebrooke Row and Duncan Terrace Conservation Area on a tree lined street and overlooking the Regent‘s Canal. The house is Grade II Listed. The vista provides for unobstructed views over the water and ample natural light throughout the property. Period features throughout include wide wooden floorboards, sash windows with wooden shutters, and fireplaces. The raised ground floor boasts two grand sash windows overlooking the Canal with high ceilings, this space is used as a double reception room but throughout the home the space remains flexible. The lower ground floor offers an open plan kitchen and dining space which leads to a south facing rear garden reaching almost 40 ft. The floor is complete with vault storage, utility space and a bathroom. The second floor is home to an impressive reception room, which could be adapted into an additional bedroom if required.
