The property then is extremely flexible and could either be maintained as two units or converted back into a family house. Each of the units are well presented and as the building is situated on the end of a terrace the plot is wider than one might expect. The property has been extended into this space and in addition to the extra width there is more natural light flowing through it. The garden too is wider than the norm for the road. Clearly there is also potential to subdivide the house into more flats (subject to the usual consents).
