"Situated in arguably the best position on Redcliffe Square, and now in need of complete refurbishment, this lovely garden flat has spacious and well arranged accommodation with plenty of natural light throughout. The rooms are very well proportioned and have good ceiling height and large windows. There are two excellent double bedrooms, the master of which faces west towards the communal gardens, the other being quietly to the rear. The elegant reception room is also to the rear of the building and has a wall of sliding glass doors which open onto the fabulous paved garden, which in turn backs onto the large gardens belonging to the houses of The Little Boltons, hence allowing a wonderful green view. Number 16 is located in the preferred north-eastern side of the square. The nearest public transport is provided by Earls Court underground station (District, Circle and Piccadilly lines) and is also a short walk to local shops and restaurants of both Earls Court and the Fulham Road. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), reception room, kitchen, garden, patio, use of square gardens LOWER GROUND FLOOR    Steps from pavement leading down to front door.
