"This immaculately presented Victorian house, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, has super-contemporary architect-designed glass extensions to kitchen and loft and a secluded south-facing garden. It's situated in prime territory directly off Northcote Road, fifty yards from Wandsworth Common and less than half a mile from Clapham Junction.

Meticulous doesn't get close! Refurbished, extended and designed with flair by top local architect, Tom Pike, this incredibly bright and airy four bedroom Victorian terraced house is pristine throughout and is situated on the sunny south side of one of the most popular roads Between the Commons, running between Northcote Road and Wandsworth Common. The kitchen extension is breathtaking with the roof (even the support beams) being entirely made from glass. It also has full-width folding floor-ceiling glass doors to the garden making it a wonderfully open and light space. The garden is very sunny, facing due south, but also amazingly private with wonderfully mature borders affording a great feeling of privacy not only to the outside space but also to the kitchen. The kitchen itself is beautifully fitted and has a sleek, contemporary look, stone work tops and top-quality integrated appliances. The double reception room has high ornate ceilings, oak floors, extensive bespoke cupboards and shelves and a very attractive natural stone fireplace.
