This ultra-convenient top floor flat in Georgian terraced house is less than a minute's walk from Kennington tube, which gives easy access both to the City and Soho.

Previous tenants said they could get to their workplace in the City?in 10 minutes door to door.

The flat is?decorated in neutral stone colours with a marble and walnut bathroom.

The stainless steel and glass kitchen has a separate fridge and freezer, washer-dryer, oven and halogen hob, extractor hood and breakfast bar.

There is storage space in a store-room on a landing below the flat?and in the loft.

The living room is a good size and has a vaulted ceiling with a low beam running across the space, but this was not experienced as a problem for a tenant who was 6'3".

It is furnished with antiques - a Victorian settee, wing-backed armchair, round coffee table and there are bookshelves on the wall.?
