"House looking for a family. This area of Leytonstone is proving to be very popular, providing excellent access to the central line, overground and local transport links. The local area and facilities provide varied cuisine, bars, restaurants and shops with Stratford Westfield 2 stops on the Central Line.

The property itself, in the valuers opinion, is presented as a tidy family home which is looking for someone to develop their own ideas and create a home for themselves. The ground floor offers a double reception room which originally was 2 receptions, a separate reception area which leads to the kitchen, side extension housing a separate wc/shower room and plumbing for washing machine, rear extension and garden. A basement area is also accessible from the hallway. The first floor has four bedrooms, bathroom, split level, access to loft room.
