Enter through a decent sized front garden. The L shaped inner hallway is huge and welcomes you with original timber floors and staircase. Two vast reception rooms sit in tandem with the larger facing front into a square bay. Each room has a marvelous fireplace, cornicing and picture rails. A further smaller room faces rear and offers a deep ceramic Butler sink and access to the garden.

The first floor landing, as you will have come to expect, is a super size and enjoys enough space for a seating/study arrangement. The massive master bedroom fronts the street into a mini bay of original casement windows with decorative stained glass detail. Another fireplace with wooden surround sits at an angle – a placement characteristic of the era. A second double shares the front spot. The third and almost overly generous bedroom faces rear over the garden. A separate wc stands next to the original bathroom. Now devoid of its suite its looking for your flair to make it the perfect pamper parlor.
