If the chemistry is right, what's next?

Once we have decided to go ahead, you will need to:

• Transfer deposit of 6 weeks rent, which will be safely stored under Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS), as required by law for landlords.
• Complete comprehensive tenant referencing £75 (£62.50 + VAT) charged to the tenant (cost per tenant). This includes affordability check with your current employer, reference from current landlord, and credit history.
• Both the landlord and tenant will agree and sign the tenancy agreement.
• Before moving in, collection of 1st month's rent in advance, in addition to the deposit, and Inventory check.
• Tenants are responsible for paying their utility bills such as council tax, electricity, water, hot water & heating, broadband, TV license etc..
