  • This property is set behind private gates which creates a quiet, tranquil and secluded residency.
  • Accommodation is laid out over approximately 577 sqft comprising: open plan reception/kitchen with direct access to a west facing balcony, one large bedroom and a well sized four piece main bathroom.
  • The flat has secure entry phone and ample storage space.

What we look for?

  • Long term tenants (6 months minimum contract), non-smoker, no-pets.
  • Respectful professional individual/couple, who enjoy a quiet, clean and organised living space, who would like to make this lovely unfurnished flat (comes with a bed and mattress, and lots of storage) your home in trendy east London.
  • The flat will be available from Saturday 22nd July onwards.

  • Both the landlord and tenant will agree and sign the tenancy agreement.
  • Before moving in, collection of 1st month's rent in advance, in addition to the deposit, and Inventory check.
  • Tenants are responsible for paying their utility bills such as council tax, electricity, water, hot water & heating, broadband, TV license etc..
