"This property is situated in a very popular development with easy access to both Hackney and Dalston.

It is ideally located for public transport as Clapton and Rectory Road stations are a short walk away. Both stations offer links into the City and the centre of London. There is also a bus route which takes you directly into Liverpool Street.

Dalston has lots of shops which cater for everyone and there is an array of cafes, bars and restaurants.

The property itself is bright and airy and consists of 2 good size bedrooms, modern luxury bathroom, kitchen/diner, large lounge and there is also a private garden to the rear and the side of the property.

We feel this apartment would make an ideal first time purchase and is a must see. It is ready to move straight into and would make a lovely home. Please arrange a viewing today to avoid disappointment.

We have really enjoyed our time at this apartment. It has been perfect and convenient for us as it is in a very central location especially now with the new bus route direct to Liverpool Street.

The apartment is so bright and airy which is what first attracted us to the property. We also loved the fact that it was very spacious and the garden was an added bonus for us. We have really enjoyed the garden and it is a great place to escape to after a hard days work.

We will be sad to leave our lovely home but with a growing family we really do need to move on.
