"At over 800 square feet (or 78 square metres for those of you lucky enough to still be the right side of 40), space is certainly not at a premium in this first floor Abrahams flat on Murchison Road. Which is good, because it s also a completely blank canvas upon which to let rip with your creative vision, allowing you to turn this somewhat unloved flat into another wonderful example of a period property with a wealth of period features bang up to date. Those period features include original fireplaces, windows, picture rails & coving to mention a but a few. So, if your creative cup runneth over with ideas, this might be the very property that you ve been waiting for. Better pick up the phone and start dialing our number then

Living here... If there is a friendlier and more exciting part of E10 in which to live, then please tell us, because we haven?t found it! There is so much to see and do, particularly at weekends, that you will never be at a loss for options. Don?t believe us? Well, how about dinner on Saturday night at Kettle & Ryan or Marmelo Kitchen on Francis Road, followed by a couple of drinks in the Northcote? Or alternatively start at the Northcote instead (the pizzas there are amazing), and then head down to the Leyton Technical or Leyton Star afterwards (or even the soon to be open Coach & Horses). On a Sunday it has to be The Royal on the High Road for a hangover curing breakfast (egg and mushrooms on toast for us please!), followed by a stroll around Coronation Gardens to walk it off (that?s if you aren?t heading over to Westfield for some retail therapy). At lunchtime it?s a hop, skip and a jump up to the Heathcote & Star for a knockout Sunday roast, after which you will welcome the chance to relax with the Sunday paper and a glass of wine in Yardarm or Phlox Books, happy in the knowledge that you live an amazing part of East London?
