" This 3rd floor (top) flat is located in a well maintained Victorian House on Longridge Road, a quiet one way street just off the main bustle of Earls Court Road. The small building of just four flats is well looked after with a comprehensive rolling maintenance program, recently redecorated communal areas, a smart external look and video entry systems.

The apartment is in very good condition having been refurbished in 2011 when the property was completely re plastered, repainted and the kitchen and bathroom updated. The apartment benefits from solid wood floors throughout and a bright aspect.

You enter to the hallway, full of natural light from a sky light. A cupboard on your right provides much needed storage and laundry facilities. To your left is the reception room. This bright room has three large sash windows providing good natural light and has ample space for seating and dining. It is complemented by a small fireplace decorative fire place and wood flooring. Off the living room is a kitchen which can be closed off with folding doors. The kitchen is small but well equipped with integrated fridge, Dishwasher, Oven, hob and extractor as well as plenty of cupboard space.

In the centre of the property is the bathroom, fully tiled in a neutral colour palette with large mirrors, a shower over the bath and mirrored storage cabinet

To the rear of the building are the bedrooms, both looking out over gardens and trees. The master room is well sized with built in wardrobes. The second bedroom, also a double, has good fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms have decorative fireplaces and wood flooring.

Earls Court is a Zone 1 Station in the sought after Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Earls Court Road itself is a bustling high street with shops, cafes and restaurants including three small supermarkets. There is also large Tesco and Sainsbury‘s supermarkets nearby. Further afield but still in easy reach are Kensington High Street, the green spaces of Kensington Gardens, Gloucester Road, South Kensington and Imperial College. The Kings Road and Westfield shopping centre complete are both short bus rides away.

Transport links are excellent with the Piccadilly line giving easy access to the West End, Knightsbridge and Heathrow Airports, the District line (of which Earls court is the hub) offering links to the City, Notting Hill and Paddington, Westward to Richmond and Southward to Fulham and Wimbledon. The Overground Station at West Brompton is close by, there are great bus links and the A4 Cromwell Road provides easy access in and out of London.

The area will be further enhanced in the coming years with a full redevelopment of the Earls Court Exhibition centre where apartments, shops and offices will be built around new garden squares adding to the desirability of the property and the potential to enhance its value in the years to come.  "
