"It is the graceful period details set off by the contemporary and sophisticated finish in this four bedroom Victorian home located in a quiet residential area tucked between Ealing Common and Ealing Broadway, that set this home apart. One of only five properties of this type in Warwick Road, this particular home is both stylish and inviting, an atmosphere which can be felt the moment you walk through the front hallway and into the dining room at the front of the house. In the dining area, you'll find a feature fireplace with a tile inset and large sash windows. The kitchen opens onto the dining area and adds to the look of elegance with its Corian countertops, integrated appliances and cooking range and white Shaker-style cabinets. The reception room at the rear of the property is equally sophisticated with oak flooring complimenting the white built-in shelves that line the walls to either side of the feature fireplace. With its wood surround and cast iron grate, the fireplace is undeniably the centrepiece of this room. Doors at one end of the room allow light to flood the space and provide access to the rear garden where you will find mature plants in the predominantly paved garden which has been designed as an outdoor living space with a stone table and benches sheltered by a large umbrella. Four smartly decorated bedrooms can be found on the upper floors of the home as well as two bathrooms, one of which is the en-suite which has two basins and a showpiece red claw-foot tub as well as a separate shower. These two bathrooms are in additional to the separate W/C found on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms at the rear of the property overlooks the substantial 30ft long roof terrace which is accessed via the first floor. To add to this home's appeal, it is set in a popular road with convenient access to Ealing Common District and Piccadilly line station as well as having easy access to the Central, District and overground services that are available at Ealing Broadway station. In our opinion, with both the quiet of nearby Walpole and Lammas Parks as well as the proximity to the hustle and bustle of the shops and restaurants of Ealing Broadway, this home combines the best of both worlds."
