*** Vendors comments *** "e;After more than 30 years in our house we are looking to move closer to family. We have been very happy here with good size rooms which have been decorated to a good standard, in our opinion.

One of the main draws for us was the size of the kitchen and the bathroom. The courtyard to the rear is a real sun trap & is ideal for a bbq. There is also a large shed to store everything in.

The loft space can be accessed by the fold-down ladder so more storage, although if more room was required a loft conversion would be an option.

The neighbourhood is friendly with supermarkets & shops within easy reach.

Transport is also good with three train stations within walking distance, as well as bus routes to London & Croydon just round the corner.

We will be sad to leave this house as we have had so many happy times here. Hopefully, the next owners will have the same pleasure from this home as we have"e;.
