"Looking for an established home in North Chingford in a picturesque road? Then this house will give you all of the above. The first thing you notice when arriving at the property is what a pretty house it is with a neat and tidy front garden, a nice block style driveway that really invites you in!

Upon entering you are instantly grabbed by what is in store for you, a good sized lounge/dining room with views over a well manicured garden. If cooking is a hobby or pleasure of yours then no doubt the fitted John Lewis kitchen/breakfast room will appeal to you, with carousel units, large pull out larder cupboards and fantastic Corian(R) joint free work surfaces which are to die for.

There are 4 bedrooms inside which include 3 doubles and for the larger family you have the luxury of a family bathroom, a separate shower room and a ground floor cloakroom to help speed up, and reduce any arguments, when getting ready in the mornings.

Station Road is close by with its many cosmopolitan boutiques, bars and restaurants and for the commuter the mainline train station is les than a 10 minute walk away with direct access into London Liverpool Street, allowing you to leave your car in your own driveway or garage.

These homes come with lots of tradition and this property is going to be a favourable home to anyone who buys it.

What the Owner says:

We have lived here for 27 years and have dearly loved it. Our children have grown up in this home and we have had many happy years here but it is time for us to move closer to our grandchildren.

The things we have enjoyed most are the quietness of the road, the character and overall size of the house. In the last 4 years we have fitted a new kitchen, which has been perfect for entertaining in, and installed a new efficient condensing boiler.

My partner and me have spent a lot of time and effort on our rear garden and feel it is a huge feature of the property and it has been designed with summer entertaining and children in mind.
