A word from the owner This has been a great family home for us. The children love having so much outdoor space, as well as the strong community and quiet streets around us. We re a short cycle ride from both Walthamstow Marshes and Epping Forest. We ve loved throwing the kitchen doors open for parties, and enjoying the garden in every season. The schools and nurseries nearby really stand out, and we love our walk to the station and shops through leafy Lloyd Park.
