A WORD FROM THE OWNER...

We have loved living in this home, it was our first house as a family and the garden is a dream.
We couldn t believe it when we first saw it we didn t know gardens like this existed in London. The garden is very mature including an 100 year old pear tree, a large fig tree, 2 cherry trees, & 4 olive trees. It s been an epic place to host friends and family. With kids running up and down, climbing trees or hanging in the tree swing. We also planted a mature magnolia at the front and we now have 5 year old flowering wisteria arching over the windows and door.

We have loved living in the top room with only a view of the tree tops. It s a great way to start the day.
We use Lloyd Park every day for dog walks, coffees at Deeneys and play dates. We are also surrounded by really good primary schools we choose Hillfields in the Park for its amazing facilities . The are loads of great nurseries and a Montessori and a doctors at the end of the road.

The road has a strong community and a large street party organised every year by the residents. We have really amazing neighbours. The area has turned into Walthamstow s newest Low Traffic Neighbourhood LTN . Which makes cycling and walking around relaxing. A 5 minutes walk to Walthamstow s hipster football. Or a 2 minute walk to the Dog & Duck best combined . It s also a 15 minute drive into Epping Forest if you want to escape the city.
