The property is in one of the most sought after locations with its fantastic transport links direct into London via the Great Eastern Line from either Goodmayes or Seven Kings stations. It is situated in what is conceded a local conservation area.

The accommodation consists of a family sized through lounge with French doors leading out to a very spacious kitchen/dining area, great for hosting a large dinner party/family get together, also has a shower room with WC.. I have loved living here and have raised all my children here, unfortunately they have all grown up and moved out, time goes so quickly.

I have shared many happy times with my family over the 26 years i have lived here. I have decorated the whole house many times, most recent was in the last 2 years with a new kitchen and bathroom. The only reason i am looking to move is because i really want a double garage to park my car over night and have little space to enjoy my hobbies.
