"This is a beautiful 1930's style house off The Drive area in the prestigious North Ilford area.

When visiting the house the first thing you notice when walking through the front door is the high ceilings. The lounge has an abundance of natural light as the front of the house is south facing, it also contains a gorgeous feature fireplace. The second reception opens up onto the kitchen area and is perfect for the family to sit down and have meal together. It also has doors that open up into the mature garden.

Upstairs there are three good size bedrooms with an upstairs bathroom.


The owners have not extended the house but others on the road have done single storey extension to the rear and also have converted their lofts. At the front of the house there is a driveway for easy parking.

Outside the garden has been great area for the children and lovely in the summer, especially when the family come around for barbeques and parties.

This is a great house in a delightful area, close by are good schools and excellent transport links.

All in all a perfect family home.

What the Owner says:

We have lived here for 14 years and when we first moved here we were attracted by the light that flows through the house and the big size rooms. The high ceilings and period features were also an attraction for us. When we moved in we had no children and since then we have raised a family living in comfort.

The children have Valentines Park close by and good schools. There is also the Frenford Sports Club which keeps them busy with football and cricket.

The road is nice and quiet and a very wide road which is handy for parking especially when guests come to visit. The neighbours are good, lots of professional people and you can hear a pin drop after 7pm !
