I purchased this property within the last twelve months, and I saw this as an ideal opportunity to renovate a property to the standard that I required.

Whilst renovating the property my circumstances changed and I have now decided to sell the property rather than live here. The renovation work has been carried out to my own liking as I had planned to live here.

I have re-plumbed and re-plastered throughout, extended the kitchen to create a larger kitchen area, installed a new bathroom to both the ground floor and first floor, re-fitted windows and generally modernised the property throughout.
