"Spacious semi detached house, located in a quiet residential road. The property is available furnished and is presented in good order. The additional room on the ground floor can be used as a bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The reception room is a 'through' lounge which gives a wonderful feeling of space. There are three bedrooms on the first floor with a family bathroom. The property is double glazed throughout and has gas central heating and hob.
